Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return/exchange. Shipping is non-refundableAll return shipping costs are to be held responsible by the customer.
 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, it must meet the following conditions

1) Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2) If upon inspection, there is stain marks such as deodorant, makeup or any type of residue, it will not be eligible for an refund/ exchange

3) Item(s) cannot be altered or washed

If the item(s) received do not meet all the conditions. The return package will be returned back to you at your own costs. 

 * For exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To start a Return/Exchange, you can contact us at customerservices@kureapparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send out instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Please visit your local postal office to purchase a return shipping label. All return shipping costs are to be held responsible by the customer. We are not responsible for the loss of your item(s) being returned. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is insured and has a tracking number.

Please note: If all the return/exchange conditions has been approved. You will receive an email when your item(s) is received and exchange/refund has been processed. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for you bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Note: Make sure to keep a copy of your shipping receipt. Should there be any issues with the shipment of your return, this will serve as your proof of shipment.
